Το όραμα της οργάνωσης είναι μια κοινωνία όπου κάθε κορίτσι και κάθε νέα γυναίκα μπορεί να αναπτυχθεί, να αποκτήσει αυτονομία και να ζήσει με αξιοπρέπεια και ελπίδα, μέσα από την εκπαίδευση, την ψυχοκοινωνική υποστήριξη και την κοινωνική ενδυνάμωση.

Βασικός πυρήνας της δράσης της ΝΗΣΟΣ ΚΙΝΕΩ είναι η λειτουργία ομάδων ενδυνάμωσης και ανάπτυξης κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων για έφηβα και προέφηβα κορίτσια, οι οποίες πραγματοποιούνται σε εβδομαδιαία βάση και συντονίζονται από εξειδικευμένους επιστημονικούς συνεργάτες.
